You can watch busy summer life from a close distance or turn to the other edge of the house, away from any gaze.

My place is close to the Loutra Marina, just meters away from the beach and the hot springs. The local restaurants and bars are a couple of minutes walk. There are several other beaches only minutes driving. The are also several out-door activities nearby. You’ll love my place because of the amazing sea-views, the convenient location (close to the beach and local shops), the modern design, relaxing atmosphere and our great hospitality. My place is good for couples and families.

The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Sea Satin Sounio... Un estudio en primera línea de mar, renovado en 2021 y marzo de 2022. Dos pequeñas playas limpias, a 08 y 20 metros de la casa, y una gran playa con hamacas a 100 metros de la casa. Opción ideal para cualquiera que quiera pasar unos días, literalmente a un suspiro del mar. Casa tangente a playa Punda Zeza.
