De studio is bereikbaar via een aparte zijingang en biedt ruimte aan maximaal 4 personen (1 tweepersoonsbed en 1 slaapbank voor 2 personen). De studio bestaat uit een mooie open ruimte en is gelegen op de 1e verdieping, de voormalige hooizolder van onze boerderij. De gezellige studio heeft een ingerichte kitchenette, een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed, een badkamer met douche, een knusse zithoek met tv en een slaapsofa. Maximum 1 hond is welkom (na onderling overleg) mits €10 schoonmaakkosten.

En plus de la courette devant votre logement, entre deux visites ou balades à vélo, immergez-vous dans le jardin plein de fleurs (en saison) et de mystères, au fond duquel vous disposerez en toute intimité d'un grand espace de détente et de bbq au milieu du chant des oiseaux.

In dit pand bieden we twee afzonderlijke accommodaties aan: een gastenstudio op het gelijkvloers en een gastenkamer op de eerste verdieping. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor fiets- en wandelroutes in het Hageland.

Het einde van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin en een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Breakfast is possible, please ask. There’s an idyllic sleeping place, rain shower and salon upstairs. Downstairs there’s an installed kitchen where you can cook, a dining place and a big lounge. Many bicycle and walking routes. You can rent 2 electric mountainbikes!

Temidden de Haspengouwse fruitgaarden en vlakbij natuurgebieden, wandel- en fietsroutes.

Cosy studio close to the centre of Leuven

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated in a calm neighborhood, built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.

In het hartje van Hasselt, ook wel het dorp genoemd, ligt deze charmante stadswoning van 130m² en een terras van 16m². De straat is een autovrije zone waar een geklasseerd stadshoeve is gelegen. In deze hippe buurt vind je op wandelafstand allerlei lekkere restaurantjes, gezellige wijnbars en de beste cocktailbar van Limburg.
