The space features a king-size bed, a cozy living area with AC, a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen with gas range, in-unit washer/dryer, and a beautifully tiled bathroom. We live upstairs with our kids (ages 11 & 14). You may hear footsteps, laughter, music (piano and ukulele). The unit is well insulated, but not completely soundproof.
