This is a paradise in the city - a cozy getaway when you need to relax; just 5-10 minutes walking from the best West Seattle has to offer along with easy access to parks, beaches, and restaurants, venues, and tourism downtown. You will have your own private: entrance, patio, two-person sauna, room (bed, TV, and work desk), bathroom with heated floors, and small kitchenette. *Note - this is the private 1st floor of our home, completely separated by floors and doors.

A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound. Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

The entire east wall is floor-to-ceiling windows with views that peek through trees and show glimpses of Lake Washington. Sunrises can be enjoyed from bed, or experience total blackout with floor to ceiling vertical blinds. Cozy queen bed featuring an organic mattress with an Avocado topper and linens. We are the main residents of the property, and are excited to host you in our newly furnished guest space while you explore the city! Vibrant studio guest house. Every comfort was thought of as this studio was designed (and used primarily for) visiting family. This studio offers 2 queen beds (one in a bedroom that can be sectioned off with a curtain and one as a pull out sofa in the media area), a gorgeous bath with a separate sink/vanity space, a pull down desk work space and a full kitchen with an eat- in bar that seats 3. Internet: WiFi 6, Ethernet ports, 1,200 mbps ISP. 2 foldout desk options provide work spaces.
