The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

This is the upstairs unit of a two-unit home, and centrally located in Kill Devil Hills about 0.6 miles from the beach. The interior is stylishly decorated with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings. It has a full kitchen with almost everything you can think of, with a large dining room table and kitchen island. The living room has a wrap around couch made for relaxing, and an 85" TV with 9.1 Dolby Atmos Surround sound to kick back and watch your favorite shows or something new!

With 3 BR, 2 baths, the home has updated decor and is only one block from the beautiful sound where you can see the most amazing sunsets. This home provides towels and linens, a 60 inch Smart TV with internet and cable, outside shower, washer and dryer on site and the beautiful beach and ocean a short drive away (1 mile). There is plenty of free public beach access for parking and so many great restaurants close by!
