It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. The Oak Lodge offers 2 king size bedrooms fully customized with high-end finishes which to need to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log burning sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

This is a cosy end terrace cottage which sleeps 3, situated in St.Michaels with shops and pubs on the doorstep. The cottage has off road parking and an enclosed garden to the rear. Downstairs there is a lounge with log burning stove and kitchen. Upstairs the main bedroom has a king-size double bed with attractive views to the front of the property. The second bedroom is a cosy single. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, washbasin and toilet. Cottage has WIFI.

Bruins Oast Lodge is a old converted workshop nestled next to a beautiful Kentish Oast house in the small village of Kenardington.,it backs on to its own private woodlands, with a firepit. BBQ and 4 person hot tub. Great for just relaxing, catching up with friends and family or walks, bike rides and outings to nearby Kentish attractions. Gusbourne vineyard a mile up the road, as is the Rare breeds centre which is ideal for families.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
