The outside space includes a private patio and car park. Set in the grounds of a 17th century Oast, Toasty Nook had everything you will need.

The Stables - restored barn with private hot tub!

Beautifully restored Kentish Barn, with a hot tub! Situated in the heart of the historic Quex Park Estate, this traditional flint barn has been lovingly restored to create a beautiful 3 bed holiday cottage surrounded by stunning private Parkland. At the front of the property is private parking and a large space to enjoy the sun. Go through the gate and you are in the Garden of Quex Barn Farmers Market, where you can enjoy a our own coffee, a local IPA or grab a steak to BBQ from our butchery.

The Stables

Enjoy the wonderful setting of this romantic spot in nature. The Stables is a delightful beamed part of a barn conversion . Stunning views stretch to the North Downs, with a garden area to sit with a drink and watch the sun set. We have a wide variety of bird and animal life that frequents the fields and skies. Walking distance to Hever Castle and two delightful country pubs along beautiful tree- lined footpaths. If you don't want to drive, the Hever train station is only a 0.7 mile walk!

Forming part of an original 18th Century Stable located in the heart of the historic medieval town of Sandwich you will find this hidden away open plan 1st floor conversion which has been renovated to high standard creating a light & airy living space in the eaves of the stable & barn section. The property has its own entrance via a wooden external staircase to the side leading to 1st floor. There is a court yard, we do not have parking on site for guests but there is a car park 2 mins walk

Homely interior with a calm feel. Surrounded by fields and sheep. Ideal for families. The main bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. The room upstairs has two singles which can also be a double, ideal for children and young adults. The door to this room is an old French slatted shutter. There is a shower room with a loo on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining and living area is on the ground floor with a TV and warming gas fire. There is a double sofa bed in the living area.

Please note we have close neighbours so can't host parties or weddings.
