The Beach Cottage

The Beach Cottage is a self-catering cottage on a working dairy farm within walking distance to the beach. It is only 10km from the EL airport and a 20 minute drive into EL. The cottage has beautiful views of the sea as well as of cows grazing on green pastures. It has a fully functional kitchen. Tea, coffee, fresh farm milk & rusks are provided on arrival. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Please note, own transport advisable as we are on a farm.

A spacious bright and airy tranquil home

Our house is bright, airy and welcoming with an open-plan lifestyle, large sliding doors opening onto a covered verandah and a private courtyard and secure off-street parking. You're just minutes from the beach and shops and our neighbourhood is safe and friendly. The sunny main bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Our house is filled with books, love and light and we look forward to your visit!

An open plan cottage, across the way from the beach. Situated in a safe beautiful garden suitable for children's play and safe parking. Across the road from the beach, hiking trails, horse rides and a golf course. This seaside village offers a kwikspar, gift shop, the largest SHELL MUSEUM IN S.A., library, pont to the beautiful Transkei Wild Coast , a ferry cruise up the Kei River, butcher, fishing, tennis court, bowling green, and restaurants. Oregon Cottage is a cosy, open-plan, self-catering accommodation unit suitable for two, tucked away in the quieter part of town, on the edge of a large, protected, indigenous riverine forest. Our self catering studio, with backup power and aircon, is connected to the main house. It offers a neat and cozy open plan studio style unit with private entrance and private deck. There is remote access and off street parking for 1 vehicle. Double cab bakkies with a tow hitch don’t fit when there’s 2 cars parked in - where on street parking is generally safe in our quiet neighbourhood. Nahoon Beach and river is 1.5km, Spar and restaurants 500m away.
