Dairenin üst katında sadece sizin kullanımınıza ait lebiderya deniz manzarası olan bir teras bulunmaktadır. Daire; bir oturma odası, (2 kişilik 160x200 cm visco yatak) , banyo/wc , açık mutfak, ve balkondan oluşmaktadır.. Yaklaşık 50 metrekaredir. Sitemizin bulunduğu yer bir yokuşunda tepesinde olduğundan araçla gelinmesi önerilmektedir.
