A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

The villa is located only a few kilometers away from the cosmopolitan village of Batsi. 2 bedroom villa with a living area, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped with a modern kitchen and terrace with sea views. 1 separate guesthouse at the top level too accessible from its own entrance has a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and terrace with mountain and sea view.

A traditional old stone Cycladic house in Aprovatou overlooking the endless blue, which we recently restored without altering the features of its original construction that dates back many, perhaps several centuries. The house is located next to our paternal house in a farm of 10 acres with cistern, vineyard, olives, lemons, oranges and other crops. The unique Andrian architecture combined with the warm welcome, the high level of personal servicemakes the space very special.
