Πρόκειται για ένα σπίτι που χρονολογείται από το 19ο αιώνα έχοντας περάσει στις επόμενες γενιές χωρίς να αλλοιωθεί η ιστορία του. Βρίσκεται λίγα μέτρα από το Λαογραφικό Μουσείο και τρία λεπτά από το πάρκινγκ στο Πλατύ Πηγάδι. Αν περιηγηθείτε στα γραφικά μονοπάτια, θα ανακαλύψετε πανέμορφα σημεία αλλά και θα βρείτε αρκετά εστιατόρια, καφετέριες , μπαρ, φούρνους, μίνι μάρκετ, παιδική χαρά.

Authentic and stylish Cycladic house in the heart of Apollonia, featuring a private terrace and rooftop space perfect for relaxing evenings after exploring the village. The upper independent apartment of this 1900 restored villa, boasts two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and a second bathroom, a perfectly equipped and stylish kitchen, a small living room and an astonishing veranda for wine, cocktails and amazing dinners.

Motivo Double Room Sea View

Our accommodation is located on the eastern side of Sifnos and the old capital of the island until 1836. The "motivo sea view" apartment is built in a privileged position with excellent views of the Aegean Sea and the port of Seralia. It has all the amenities such as a dishwasher, a washing machine, etc. Just a few steps from the accommodation on the ring road you will see the much photographed church of the Seven Martyrs.

Our brand new accommodation is located 30 m from the sea, in Seralia, Sifnos. Going down a few steps of a paved path of the area, you will find the Egremnos Luxury House in a magnificent and rocky natural cove of the island. Our house is 38 m2, fully equipped for a comfortable holiday. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny terrace with a standing sea view. Take a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

SeraliaSeaSide

The small house is located in Seralia (Castro) only 20m from a beach. It has been recently renovated in a traditional style. Simple, beautiful, and functional, it is a compact 25 m² space featuring a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It offers stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. From the parking area, there are stairs leading down to the house.
