Προκειται για πετρινο κτισμα 170 ετων, προσφατα ανακαινισμενο, το οποιο βρισκεται σε εκταση 6 στρεμμάτων και εχει θεα τη θαλασσα του Διαποριου. Έχουμε μεγαλο χωρο για παρκινγκ.
