The location is very quiet and green (urban tree nursery with children's playground) yet conveniently situated in terms of traffic position as the flat is located in the inner-area of the Munich Transport Association. From there one quickly comes to the city center (18 minutes by public transport, 14 minutes by car). The very bright, quiet loft is on the 2nd floor of a family home (of course with a separate entrance). Next to the bedroom for 2 people, there are four comfortable beds.
