We are located in an up and coming area and are a short 5 minute drive to the beautifully renovated down town Kannapolis and the new Atrium Health Cannon Ballers Stadium. We are a 30 minute drive to Downtown Charlotte and the Charlotte Motor Speedway and Concord Mills Mall.

Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and double bed. Its a lovely half mile walk to the heart of downtown for shopping, food, drinks and all sorts of other things to see and do!

Upstairs you will find a twin mattress with a deck overlooking the farm. We also have Heat/AC, hot/cold water, shower, sink, toilet, fridge, microwave, and TV.
