Our open and spacious home is located in peaceful and quiet Old Beach. It sleeps 12 people comfortably. It is 3 blocks to the oceanfront beach and walking distance to the convention center, an upscale supermarket, restaurants, Museum of Contemporary Art, skate board park, and all the fun activities of the boardwalk offers. The Convention Center is 4 blocks away. There is private parking for 4 vehicles. There is a beautiful backyard for outside dinners with a large fenced in private yard.

Located in the Vibe / Oceanfront District just two blocks from the Ocean and Virginia Beach boardwalk is the The Ripple. Completely remodeled in 2023, this 950 Sq Ft. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, beach apartment is centrally located for your next family vacation to Virginia Beach. This home is part of a duplex, it is the upstairs half so we do recommend guests being comfortable enough going up and down stairs. Local favorite restaurants, shops, and entertainment are a quick walk or bike away!

The Beach House sits on a lake looking out over VB oceanfront. Located in the Vibe District, a cultural hub for artists and spirits, roosters and restaurants, all within walking distance. We have a sun-room and a little deck in the front perfect for morning coffee and happy hour. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck and a gas grill. The road to the house is one-way, very private. You'll love the outdoor shower! We have a cart, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for your walk to the beach!
