Our Inselhuus apartment is located in the heart of the Friedrichstraße pedestrian zone, just a few hundred meters from the beach promenade and the town center. Our modern apartment is located on the second floor of the building. It features a spacious bedroom plus a sleeping alcove with a loft bed. The apartment has a roof terrace facing the pedestrian zone and an open-plan living room with a kitchenette and dining area for four people. Floor-to-ceiling windows in every room complete the light-filled apartment.

Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit offenem Wohn-Essbereich, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder sowie eine Infrarotkabine finden sich in der Villa Hafenkieker. Im eingezäunten Garten lädt eine Sitzgruppe, ein Grill sowie ein Strandkorb zum Entspannen ein. Der große Spielplatz gegenüber lockt die Kids nach draußen, die vorhandene Play-Station 5 sorgt für unterhaltsame Abende. Ihr Hund ist herzlich Willkommen!

Die helle Wohnung bietet einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küchenzeile, großem Esstisch & gemütlicher Sitzecke. Das separate Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Doppelbett. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich lässt sich als zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit nutzen, sodass bis zu vier Personen Platz finden. Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & der Strand sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Die Ferienwohnung „Groote Kaat“ befindet sich auf dem Sommerpolderhof in der Krummhörn zwischen Norden und Emden. Der Krabbenkutterhafen von Greetsiel ist von hier aus in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist 75 m2 groß und verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und einem weiteren Bett (0,80 x 2,00 m). Ein eigener (eingezäunter) Gartenanteil, angrenzend an den der benachbarten Ferienwohnung, mit großzügiger Terrasse und Sonnenliegen rundet das Angebot ab.
