入住、當天如果沒有其他房客退房，可以早早入住。 *內部設備都以ㄧ般家庭實用為主，盡量如一般住家的方便。 *全部純棉寢具換洗消毒乾淨，傢具地面窗戶無灰塵。沙發都有定期清洗。讓大家住得安心。 *電器都有貼紙使用說明。 *床位都有電源插座、置物櫃。隨身手機皮包有得放置充電。但要自己準備轉接台灣插座。 *每2人1房。每房都有大窗，通風陽光舒適。 *有洗衣機可以洗衣，2晾衣棚［都有擦乾淨］晾乾即可。 下雨天：自助洗衣店就在旁邊巷道內，走路2分鐘就到，烘衣機夠大台，速度快，6人當天的衣服30分鐘就乾。 樓下就是7～11、全家便利商店，出門就是熱鬧繁華的西門町。 這裡是大台北地區的中心，離西門捷運站1號出口340公尺，到哪裡都很方便，交通費用也很便宜。

我們房源距離雙連站1號出口步行只要1分鐘，生活機能非常的好。 附近有非常多的商店和餐飲店和便利店及小吃，如果你想去寧夏夜市也很近， 步行大約10分鐘。 我們這邊的商圈叫做心中山/赤峰街，每到周末路口都會有市集可以小逛一下，新光三越和誠品步行也是在10分鐘左右。附近的馬偕醫院過馬路步行過去大約6分鐘也是方便。 我們位於公寓的二樓，整個房源面積大概25坪(80平方公尺)，空間很大很舒適，很溫馨，有家的感覺。有時候也可以到附近的市場或超市自己買菜回來煮飯，也是很棒的。 總之我們這間房源的地段真的沒有缺點。

位於野柳港，在這裡窗前即是漁船出港，傍晚動則十幾隻的老鷹在港上海面捕魚，可以端一杯咖啡，坐在頂樓的露臺，你不會想到，可以有這麼多的老鷹，在你面前、在港上捕食、嬉戲、翱翔。慢下來，聽聽音樂，或是去溫泉公園泡腳，晚上再選一家最新鮮現捕的海鮮餐廳，你會發現，離台北很近的地方，就可以讓你放鬆、做回最初的自己。 此處為5樓公寓，須爬樓梯，適合小件行李的旅者，雖然是老公寓，也很辛苦才能爬上5樓，但上去之後的美景定不會讓你失望，我們第一次來就愛上了這裡，也布置成喜歡的樣子，分享給你，希望你也會喜歡...
