Relax on our private 6-acre property. Conveniently located near the Smoky Mountains also Buccee's 2 miles away. This one-bedroom house offers a nice back porch with hot tub to enjoy after a nice day of hiking at Seven Island State Birding Park 8 minutes away. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit on a nice cool day as the deer come strolling through the property. We now have Nigerian dwarf goats for viewing, petting by appointment. We are approximately 40 minutes from Dollywood.

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline. Drought can effect levels as it’s a dam system.

There is plenty of room to accommodate 6 to 8 people, with a master bedroom with bathroom attached, and 2 other bedrooms that share a bath and a half. The most amazing part of our cottage is outside. There is a back porch with gas grill, hot tub, fire pit and even a 9 hole Disc Golf course!

Home is less than a mile to Douglas Lake public beach (Mountain Cove Marina) and about 5 miles away from Wilderness and Sevierville Convention Center.
