With beautiful floor to ceiling windows, the view has sweeping oaks and mature magnolias, setting the scene for your Southern getaway.

The Backpacker

Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

This little gem is an edition we built. The Hideaway is safe, very basic, totally private, and super clean. It's perfect for a quick getaway and you can't beat the price and location! We're right in between historic downtown Charleston and the eclectic Folly Beach. We designed the Hideaway to be the a rustic little haven that anyone can call their own. The little Hideaway is not the Hilton, but we have all the basics to give you a safe, clean, quiet and cozy space for your vacation.

The home is part of a duplex located in the center of James Island. There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a small back patio outside the sliding glass doors in the living room. The private driveway can accommodate 2 cars.
