Visit nearby Crystal Coast beaches, shopping and military bases. So come visit your favorite marine or enjoy the beaches.

Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. This home sits in a family friendly neighborhood that is in walking distance to Wilson Bay Park, Sturgeon City and the Riverwalk area of downtown Jacksonville. Very close, as well, to Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station and Beirut Memorial. If Kayaking is your thing, check out the pictures! Public kayak ramps are available at Sturgeon City. Less than 1/2 mile away.

A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.
