Guests enjoy access to our wrap around porch, gardens, and the salon when it is not in use. Our salon hosts workshops and readings, and provides information on the latest literary happenings in Iowa City, a Unesco City of Literature. We are a five minute walk from downtown. Free parking and a private entrance is available in the back.

Originally the first floor of a 1900 home for railroad workers in Marion, it is now a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment we call the Irish hill. A completely separate 1 bedroom apartment (also on Airbnb) is the top half of the house, and we call that the Uptown B! Check it out on our host profile. Irish hill guests will have access to a .25 acre yard (unfenced). Only blocks away from uptown Marion!
