Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

My place is close to the Loutra Marina, just meters away from the beach and the hot springs. The local restaurants and bars are a couple of minutes walk. There are several other beaches only minutes driving. The are also several out-door activities nearby. You’ll love my place because of the amazing sea-views, the convenient location (close to the beach and local shops), the modern design, relaxing atmosphere and our great hospitality.
