This chalet has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 due to having a pull out sofa in the living room area. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet. The second bathroom has a sink and a walk-in shower. Bed linen is all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is free parking available at the caravan but if the weather is bad you won't be able to park on the grass. - Pets are allowed at the property but no large breed dogs what so ever - you will be asked to vacate the property as we do not allow this in any of our vans (unless otherwise discussed directly with us and we agree) sorry for the inconvenience The dog must not be left unattended at any time in the caravan or on the verandah as any damage will be charged (This category includes - Staffordshire bull / cane corsa / xl Bull dogs / alsatians / chow chow / pitbull / any other large breed)  PLEASE NOTE ANY BOOKINGS WILL REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT TO COVER ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY ARRISE - THIS IS PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE HOSTS BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE THE CHECK IN DATE
