The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

Der Christkindlesmarkt sowie viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten, sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Das Parkhaus Sebalder Höfe befindet sich in 300 m Entfernung.
