Unfortunately, there is no veiw from the guest house, but you can enjoy the private space as it is reserved for one building. 水道筋商店街を少し北へ上がったところにある3階建ての一軒家。（民泊部分は3階） 1階にはシェアキッチンと名付けた飲食店があり、日替わりで様々な形態のお店を営業しております（日によっては休店の日もあります） 『水道筋シェアキッチンＭＵＳＵＢＵ堂スケジュール』で検索！ すぐ近くに灘中央市場、エルナード水道筋商店街があり飲み物、食材等はそこでお買い物ができます。 約徒歩10分程で王子動物公園に行けますので、小さいお子様が居られるご家族の方にピッタリ。 また、近くに灘温泉もあるのでお家のお風呂だけでなくゆったりと広々とした温泉も楽しめます。 居酒屋さんや串カツ屋さんＢａｒ等、名店が沢山ある水道筋界隈、食事にお酒に食べ歩きなどグルメの方にもきっと喜んでもらえると思います。 2階部分は家主のスペースになっております。 2階の廊下、トイレ、雑談スペースは共用スペースとなっていますので コミュニティスペースとしてご使用いただけます。 3階民泊のお部屋は床面積100㎡の3ＬＤＫ 洋室①ダブルベッド、洋室②2段ベッド、和室布団２セット 浴室、洗面脱衣室、トイレ（ウォシュレット）LDKの間取り。

宮津の中心街から車で10分程度で里山、田園風景が自慢の「上宮津」という地域内で３年ほど空き家になっていた物件をリノベーションして１棟貸しの宿泊施設へと生まれ変わりました。 海までは10分、天橋立までは15分、伊根の舟屋までは45分。 特別綺麗な施設ではありませんが、地域ならではのゆっくりとした時間を過ごしていただます。 基本的にお料理は出していませんが、ご希望の方は近隣のおにぎりcafeの当施設限定朝食おにぎりセットを予約することができます（有料） 地域の方との交流やBBQ、収穫体験などのメニュー、地域内e-bikeツアーなどもご紹介可能です。事前にお問い合わせください。またBBQは一式のレンタルで¥2,200で準備します。（イス、コンロ、炭、火ばさみ、準備から片付けまで）食材は含まれません。ゲストの方でご準備してください。レンタル以外でのBBQはご遠慮いただいています。 ガレージでは、BBQの他、自転車やバイクのメンテナンスを雨に濡れずに行う事ができます。鍵付きの建物内に保管できますので安心して丹後一周する事が可能です。 駐車場は当施設すぐ後ろに駐車スペースがあります。
