In 2021, wifi was added to this once landline-locked retreat so guests can remotely work or study in the woods. Bluetooth speakers are outside, and a turntable, with albums ranging from Rodgers & Hammerstein to Laura Nyro to Ralph Stanley, is available inside. And a wall of movies. And books....

The family decided to move south and listed the home to rent occasionally - especially for the music festival Mountain Jam in Hunter . The basement game room has a pool table, convertible ping pong top, foosball and lounge area with tv. Enjoy a Mountain View outside at our dining and lounge furniture. Locates half a mile to Hunter Mountain base.

My 900 sq ft cabin was built in the 1960s by an artist and renovated with recycled & repurposed materials. (We are told it may also have been a witness protection house😮)
