The Garden House - Private, Secluded, & Mt Views!

The Garden House is a cedar cabin on a mountaintop in the Great Northern Catskills. Our house is setback by a long path, on a wooded lot, and very private. It’s a place to slow down, to recharge the mind & body, and indulge in the immense beauty of the mountains. It’s cozy, made for late night cocktails by a real wood burning fireplace, and for slow mornings at the kitchen table. Our area is all-seasons with skiing, hiking, waterfalls, dipping in lakes & rivers, and plenty of fresh mountain air.

This renovated, design-forward A-Frame is the perfect blend of vintage style & modern convenience. Located on a serene mountain road between the charming upstate towns of Phoenicia & Tannersville (close to Hunter & Belleayre ski resorts), this retreat offers perfect proximity to world-class hiking, skiing, fishing, antiquing & dining. The house has lofted ceilings, an open-concept kitchen, wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that invite the beautiful outdoors in. Perfect getaway!

Creekfront Cottage between Phoenicia & Hunter Mtn.

Built in the Summer of 1929, Stony Clove Cottage is nestled in the woods on a beautiful mountain stream, the Stony Clove Creek. It is a magical place suited for folks ready to turn their phones off. In 2021, wifi was added to this once landline-locked retreat so guests can remotely work or study in the woods. Bluetooth speakers are outside, and a turntable, with albums ranging from Rodgers & Hammerstein to Laura Nyro to Ralph Stanley, is available inside. And a wall of movies. And books....

The Cabin - Ski House near Windham

The Cabin is set back, secluded, unbelievably cozy and wonderfully romantic. It's a place to reconnect and recharge, to listen to the river and hear the wind through the trees and indulge in slow lunches and long walks and truly marvel at the Catskills. There's hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, mountain fresh air and dark, starry nights. This is a house, and you can treat it as such. But if you let go, and give in to the energy of a space created with love, this will feel like home.

Hunter Mountain & Kaaterskill Falls are within a 10 min drive . Woodstock, Saugertise, Windham, Catskill & Kingston are within a 35 min drive.
