The family decided to move south and listed the home to rent occasionally - especially for the music festival Mountain Jam in Hunter . Two of our bedrooms have side by side queen beds and the other has a king bed. There are three full baths, all with showers. The basement game room has a pool table, convertible ping pong top, foosball and lounge area with tv. Enjoy a Mountain View outside at our dining and lounge furniture. Locates half a mile to Hunter Mountain base.

Hunter Mountain Retreat nestled in the Trailside complex is steps from the slopes. During the ski season, you can walk through parking lot & ski down to get your lift ticket. The Kaatskill Mountain Club is on the opposite side of the trails where you can go for dinner or a drink at the bar. Activities include Zipline, Skyride, Disc Golf, Horseback Riding. Trailside is by far the best & most luxurious place to stay in Hunter. Our rates are very reasonable for the luxury & location.
