Das Haus wird immer komplett vermietet, sodass ihr das Riad ganz für euch allein habt und keine anderen Gäste anwesend sind. Die Wohnfläche beträgt insgesamt ca. 180qm. Es gibt 2 wunderschön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und viele offene Wohnbereiche. Auf der Dachterasse findet ihr einen Essbereich für 4 - 6 Personen.

Entièrement restauré (2019) dans le respect de l’architecture marocaine alliant modernité et tradition, le riad Bab Ouch', est un véritable havre de paix ! Niché dans le quartier authentique de la Medersa Ben Youssef, du musée de Marrakech et de la photographie, vous êtes à 5 minutes de la place des Epices, à 10 minutes de la célèbre place DJemnaa El Fna et aux pieds des souks. E' un piccolo riad nel cuore della Medina di Marrakech, è stato completamente ricostruito al posto di una rovina preesistente. Consiste di un ingresso, soggiorno con camino, angolo pranzo, cucina e bagno di servizio al piano terra, tutti gli ambienti sono disposti intorno al patio. Al primo piano ci sono una camera matrimoniale, un bagno grande, un disimpegno con possibilità di un terzo letto. Al terzo livello c'è la terrazza attrezzata con sedute e tavolo per colazione.

El RIAD esta localizado en el barrio donde se encuentra la conocida mezquita – Zaouia de Sidi Bel Abbaes ,edificio del siglo XVII que alberga la tumba de uno de los siete santos de Marrakech , Sidi Bel Abbes(BAB TAGHZOUT), y además es la única mezquita donde se puede visitar su patio interior.
