Wandel langs het vogelbroedgebied, fiets in de omgeving, golf in Westwoud of verken VOC havenstadjes Hoorn en Enkhuizen. Bushalte en parkeren voor de deur. 30 min. van Amsterdam. The house has 3 floors, whereby WC is on the ground floor, the kitchen/living room/douche are on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house.

In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

Romantische verblijf met uitzicht vanuit je bed op het water en een 2-persoonsschommel Vanuit de love-seat kijk je naar de tv of de open haard (verwarming) en heb je het knus in de winter of zit je in de zomer heerlijk buiten op het terras aan het water te mijmeren, lezen of spelletjes te doen. Hottub, kayak of 2 supboarden zijn er bij te boeken. Ook zijn er fietsen, deze mag je gratis lenen. De badkamer is 1 stap buiten de pipo en helemaal alleen voor jou/jullie.

Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.
