This efficiency apartment, located on the ground floor of our home, has its own entrance, a Queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom with a standing shower, living room with tv, community gym, and washer and dryer access, Our pond has bass, so bring your fishing pole, or read a book while sitting by a babbling creek. Enjoy a small fire at the whimsical chiminea located in the patio area.

Welcome to East Bay Getaway, a private studio nestled in the woods. This clean and comfortable room with private entrance is a MIL suite attached to your host's home, on more than an acre. It features a kitchenette (no stove), high-speed WiFi, 32" smart TV, and dedicated HVAC system. Plenty of outdoor space, with a large pool and hot tub in the shared, privacy fenced backyard. A bike/walk path is directly across the street, which goes for miles either direction. 3- burner BBQ grill - NEW for 25!

This is the place for hunters hunting blackwater! Blackwater State Forest is steps away from the camper and river, just a two minute drive down the road. Come make memories you won’t forget in our beautiful, romantic tiny house. Watch the sunrise over the fields while sipping a cup of coffee. You will Enjoy exploring the nearby Coldwater Creek during the day, Or if you rather relax on the most beautiful beaches in Florida, it is a short drive. After a busy day, enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset or watch the deer as they approach the fields from the East. Please understand we are still improving the outdoors with additional landscaping.

Mae's Cottage is a peaceful little bay house located right off of Interstate 10 in Milton (< 1 mile) and is within steps to the beautiful Blackwater River and Bay. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.
