Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

Located in the neighborhood of Ashley Forest, a small corner of Avondale, you are walking distance to breweries, cafes, wine bars, sushi restaurants and more. Downtown is a 10 minute ride share away, and there is also a bus stop five minutes from the property that will take you to the heart of King Street.

Only 12 minutes to the airport and 4 minutes to I-526, the location is considered “centrally located.” 7 miles from downtown Charleston. 14 miles to Folly Beach. Close to many of the most popular wedding venues, plantations, and all the secret places the LowCountry has to offer.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. The Goose Cottage at Wild Goose Flower Farm

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed but the sofa also extends into a queen-sized sleeper. Please reach out with further questions or if you would like to inquire about an extended stay.

(This property has been granted an exemption and does not accept pets or Service animals due to allergies.)

Less than 30 minutes from downtown Charleston, Folly Beach, Kiawah. Shrimp, fish, crab or just enjoy the hammock on the dock. Or go for a paddle in one of the kayaks provided for a small fee.

Lovely , private and quiet space above the detached garage. Perfect for overnights, long weekends or extended stays. Close to everything Historic Summerville has to offer. Easy 30 minute drive to downtown Charleston. You have your own private side entrance above the garage with private bed and bath in the loft. Great get-away!
