Ca. 105 kvm. Boligen ligger i et rolig hytteområde med nærhet til både skog og sjø. To uteplasser er tilgjengelige fra leiligheten. Kort avstand til Seierstenmarka. 12 min. gange til badeplass ved fjorden. 1,5 km til bussholdeplass. 2 km til sentrum/matbutikk/spisesteder

Boligen har en unik beliggenhet bare få meter fra Oslofjorden og bademuligheter. Det er kort veg til Oscarsborg fergeleie - Sundbrygga, Badeparken og Drøbak sentrum. Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Moderne helårshytte rett ved vannet!

Finn roen i Lyseren Strandpark, kun 35 min fra Oslo. Nyt solfylte sommerdager med bading, skogsturer og avslapning. Om vinteren er langrennsløypene rett utenfor døren, og de strekker seg langt inn i Enebakks vakre vinterland. Hytta byr på hytte- og feriefølelse med moderne bekvemmeligheter som TV, fullt utstyrt kjøkken og bad. Perfekt for en avslappende ferie året rundt! Det er soveplasser til 9 personer, men merk at hytten er liten og det kan bli litt trangt for 9 voksne.

Et lite og sjarmerende hus ved havet

Huset ligger 40 meter fra havet og har en fantastisk utsikt over til Vestfold. Her kan du nyte både spabad, grilling med gassgrill, overbygd sittegruppe og noen fantastiske solnedganger. Det er ca 2 min gange ned til stranden hvor du kan bade, stupe og hoppe fra brygge, eller kose deg på en lang og flott sandbank som ungene elsker. Inne er det meste av fasiliteter, og utsikten over fjorden er like god fra sofaen. Huset ligger nest nederst i en blindvei.
