Wonderful cottage located on a farm in west Iceland. Icelandic horses on the farm and sheep in the autumn. The place is surrounded by the Viking Saga, history of elves and hidden people. Nearby are two famous Cathedral of the elves, Tungustapi and Ásgarðsstapi. There is only 5 minutes drive to the geothermar pool Guðrúnarlaug where you can bathe. Glaðheimar is located in Króksfjarðarnes a perfect location before exploring Westfjords. Back in the day Glaðheimar was an Old post office and just across the rode was the main store for farmers and people in the area which has now a Handcraft marked. The view over Breiðafjörður from the house is amazing and the sun will not set until 23 and watching the sunset is just breathtaking
