Enjoy private setting with the convenience of the owners just 1/4 mile up the driveway to take care of your needs!

The Farmstead Vacation Rental.

Welcome to the Farmstead. Our 2500 square foot ranch style house has 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, two living rooms and two kitchens. There are two decks and a patio area and a large combo gas/charcoal grill. We are located just east of Hill City with easy access to many of the Black Hills National Forest attractions such as Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, the 1880 Train, Custer State Park and the Mickelson Trail. This central location allows easy access to everything the Black Hills has to offer.

I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Rapid City Black Hills Westside Home 1

The home is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown, easy access to trails and paths, and a good starting point for exploring the Black Hills! We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into home! There is a nice fully fenced back yard, plenty of off street parking, as well as use of the garage (low clearance). I am happy to help with trail maps and directions as you kick off your adventures in the Black Hills.
