Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Duin Haven, Holiday house in beach area

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

Centraal gelegen, rustige locatie.

Een ruim zomerhuis op een toplocatie! Een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor natuur, cultuur lekker eten en winkelen. De afstand tot het strand en duinen is 20 minuten fietsen en in de binnenstad van Alkmaar ben je met 15 minuten fietsen. Winkels, (leuke boetiekjes) restaurants en het station op 5 minuten loopafstand, hierdoor is Amsterdam ook makkelijk te bereiken, 30 minuten met de trein. Alles binnen handbereik en toch het gevoel van rust ervaren, is voor deze plek absoluut van toepassing

Knusse woning onder de molen.

Woning van 100 jaar oud ligt onder de molen en is knus en gezellig. Vijf minuten lopen en je bent in het centrum van Alkmaar. Huur een bootje en bekijk Alkmaar vanuit het water. In de straat achter het huisje is een mooie, grote speeltuin het “OKB”. De bus stopt voor de deur. Betaald parkeren in het gebied en tegenover het huis. Gratis parkeren op loopafstand. Centrum: 5 min lopen Strand: 30 min met de fiets/15 min met auto Twee fietsen voor gebruik bij het huisje.

Lodge Molenzicht met privé sauna en vrij uitzicht

Compleet nieuwe moderne, luxe Lodge met sauna. Even heerlijk genieten van de rust en de ruimte met vanuit de woonkamer en het terras met vrij uitzicht op de molen. Heerlijk relaxen in je privé sauna en afkoelen lekker buiten op het terras. Incl. gebruik van badlakens en badjassen. Op loopafstand eten te bestellen bij de Restaurant de Molenschuur. De Lodge ligt dichtbij het centrum van Alkmaar en het strand van Bergen of Egmond. Wandel ook heerlijk in de duinen in Schoorl.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

Het Huisje, tiny house in het centrum van Bakkum

Dit sfeervolle en zonnige huisje in Bakkum ligt aan de rand van de duinen en het bos. Op loopafstand bevinden zich diverse eetgelegenheden. In 10 minuten fietsen bereikt u Castricum aan zee met een prachtig strand, vele terrassen, restaurants en watersportmogelijkheden. Bij het huisje staan 2 vouwfietsen. U heeft een eigen opgang met klein tuintje en zitje. Parkeren kan op eigen terrein of parkeerplaats aan de overkant. Slaapvertrek is boven, bereikbaar via steile trap.

'Sauna on Sea' is the perfect getaway to relax at the Dutch coast or for an easy visit to Amsterdam. This centrally located apartment is within cycling distance of the beach and sea. Beach bars, restaurants and shops are widely available. And... You can reach the center of Amsterdam in 25 minutes by train. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the appartment. In the afternoon you can enjoy the sun in front of the house or relax in the luxurious sauna.

Met de dubbele tuindeuren kunt u de woonkamer optimaal met het terras verbinden. Naast een grote eettafel/bar is er een royale zithoek met flatscreen TV. De luxe open keuken is volledig uitgerust met kwaliteitsapparatuur zoals een vaatwasser, oven en een koelkast.

Het pand is bekend en beroemd om de vele artiesten die daar hebben opgetreden. Het is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van de stad en de regio. Op de begane grond tref je een van de beste en hipste restaurants van Alkmaar met een zonnig terras aan het water.. De gehele woning is nieuw en hoogwaardig afgewerkt.
