Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

The annexe has been newly decorated and comes with private parking. The property provides easy access to surrounding areas such as Lee-on-Solent and Portsmouth and is ideally situated for walkers being on the England Coastal path and close to the South Downs Way. The Nest

The Nest is a modern, comfortable room with a king sized bed and a kitchenette nestled in the heart of West Wittering village, a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach or the pub for a delicious meal. There are also a couple of cafes within walking distance and the village shop. It is suitable for two adults but we can provide a camp bed for a child for a small additional fee.
