The basement is an awesome game room with pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, and plenty of games. Dining table seats 16+… the perfect spot for friends and family to gather. Nice view of the river from the hot tub. River access is just a short walk down a pathway on this 2.8 acre property, where you can fish or launch your tube, kayak, or canoe!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is set on 25 acres to explore, with state land and the Beaverkill River within one mile. If you sit on one of our three porches, or open the windows, you can hear the bubbling brook below. There is a game room (second living area) equipped with a fooseball table, puzzles, games, and toys. There is a full sized kitchen, laundry room, and pull out queen sized bed in the living room.

Rustic, eco-friendly and tucked in the woods is our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin! Only two hours from NYC, you’ll find the perfect space for a cozy weekend getaway or a peaceful week-long escape. My partner/co-host and I live in Brooklyn, and the cabin has become our home away from home. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps.
