Her kan 6-8 personer slappe av på et landlig sted med sjel, havutsikt, og stor uteplass. 50 meter bak hytta finner du stien opp til øyas utkikkspost. Her bivåner du tallrike holmer og øyer som omkranser vikingøya. Du har tilgang til sjøen rett ved hytta, samt fin sandstrand et steinkast unna. Tilgang på ved og vedfyrt badestamp (ikke stamp tilgjengelig pga frost nov-mars). I tillegg til soverom, er det barneseng og sovesofa i loftstua. Avstand butikk og hurtigbåt 1,4 km, 3,3 mil til Harstad.

Badet et innredet med Cinderella forbrenningstoalett og Cinderella urinal, dusjkabinett og servant . Det er åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning og på stuen er det TV. Har internett. Det er ikke oppvaskmaskin eller vaskemaskin på hytta. Det er egen parkeringsplass. Hytten leies ut i sommerhalvåret,

Hytta har et fantastisk uteområde, samt parkering. Er du interessert i toppturer på ski, fjellturer til fots, bading, kajakk, fisking eller avslapping? Da er dette stedet for deg, med gangavstand til hav/strand og fjell.
