The cabin has (2) king bedrooms/bathrooms BUT if you only have two guests and want BOTH beds/baths you MUST request them in your rental inquiry. This area is known as the hummingbird capital of the US. The property consists of 9 acres, 100+ bird feeders, 3 Bird Gardens, over a mile of trails and a seasonal creek. The preserve is 1/4 miles away.

The Studio is a moderate sized living quarters set up purposely for lounging, relaxing, personal entertainment and rest. Set within the compound of a historical property (The Box T Ranch built in 1902), the studio is the perfect home plate for all your Southern Arizona adventures. It includes an amazing king size bed, comfortable furnishings, a 57" Sony TV, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, 2 person walk in shower and an AC unit. We are within 5 minute walking distance into town. Perfect getaway!
