Our studio guest house iis located in Villa Heights, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light. It is the entire lower floor that includes a patio for outdoor relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV. Netflix for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

There are three other flats on site, Keswick Loft, Keswick Studio, and Keswick Tiny House. You can find them by zooming into the map at the Suite's location. Keswick Retreat is a serene space in a quiet neighborhood near the heart of uptown. The Retreat has large glass doors with lovely views of the surrounding trees that makes the unit feel like a treehouse. Custom details make Keswick Retreat a peaceful and sophisticated place to stay.
