Lil’ Dock is a beautiful waterfront apartment over the garage with a private entry and deck overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique local shops. This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

Coastal Retreat on Waterway w/Hot Tub

Quaint 3 bdrm 2 ba home situated on the intracoastal waterway. Want to go to the beach but don't want to be in the mainstream of it all? We are close enough but far enough. Enjoy tranquil moon lit nights listening to dolphins as they swim by. By day, lounge on the porch, pergola, hot tub or dock and watch the parade of boats pass by. For the fishing enthusiasts an array of fish can be caught from the dock to incl, sheep's head, flounder, puppy drum, speckled trout, blue fish, crabs and more.

This lovely apartment is located 3 miles from historic Beaufort. Established in 1713, Beaufort is the fourth oldest town in North Carolina. Stroll streets steeped in maritime history, quaint shops and great restaurants. Take a ferry ride to Carrot Island or Shackleford banks to view the wild horses or visit the beautiful beaches of the Crystal Coast. Beau Retreat is a new construction, 6oo sq ft with its own entrance, parking, ac/heating unit, TV, fridge, microwave and toaster oven.

Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.

Creekside Cottage

Creekside Cottage, right on the water with an amazing view of the Creek from the covered patio with propane fire pit. Queen size bed in the Bedroom and Full-size pull-out couch in living room. Full bathroom with shower, privacy toilet, sink and washer/drier. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. 2 mini split HVAC units.

The Crab Shack

The Crab Shack is a unique romantic one-bedroom king size bed, 1,200 sq. Ft. bungalow. This charming coastal retreat is located on the Newport River. Take a stroll down the dock to enjoy the sunset, or enjoy a refreshing beverage on the back deck. We are minutes to downtown Morehead City , Beaufort, and Atlantic beach.
