Choose between sun, sand and surf, taking a trip on a whale-watching boat or dining on fresh lobster caught by local fishermen. There are endless bars and restaurants with live entertainment too. One of only eight apartments, the interior has been refurbished to give a stylish Scandinavian coastal feel with a touch of luxury.

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Everything in this apartment is brand new. Hampton beach is 4 min drive, 40 mins walking, 16 mins bicycle Good access to freeways, We are closed to the beautiful seacoast line, ports like Portsmouth NH, Rye NH, Kittery, Portland ME, Newburyport MA, only 50 mins to Boston, great restaurants, beautiful landscaping walks, and state parks.

Beach House

Our comfortable accessory apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or to the center of the Salisbury Beach business district where guests can enjoy a stroll on the newly refurbished boardwalk or visit the shops, arcades or view fireworks every Saturday night in the summer. Guests may walk to the Blue Ocean Music Hall or take a quick 2 mile drive or bike ride into the State Reservation, to our favorite place to spot seals at low tide. There are also facilities, beach and a playground.

It is on the 2nd floor,w/1 bedroom w/ a queen size bed, comfy couch in the living room , as well as an air mattress in the closet. Full kitchen with brand new appliances, Bathroom (shower only), and a living room. This rental is perfect for 1-4 people. One parking spot right on the property. A perfect place for all your Hampton Beach memories to be made!

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
