For families there are child locks, stair gates, cot and high chair available upon request. Part of the downstairs is locked off for work space and will be in use through the day. Da Peerie Hoose

Da Peerie Hoose is a small, cosy little cottage in a row of houses sitting just above the marina in the picturesque and popular village of Hamnavoe, Burra on the sunny westside of Shetland. Fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in living room. Smart TV, fibre broadband. Beautiful coastal walks to the lighthouse, caves, sea lochs and beaches. A small patio with picnic table to enjoy the views and sunsets over Foula and outer isles and just admire Atlantic rollers.

Waddle Self Catering

The Waddle is a traditional Shetland croft house, refurbished to offer a homely and comfortable stay for guests. Situated in a peaceful, quiet, remote location just over a mile from the nearby village of Walls, tucked in under the hill overlooking a sea-loch, it's a perfect place to enjoy Shetlands wildlife, scenery, peace and freedom. The Waddle is situated on an active croft. We have approximately 250 sheep with lambing in the spring, silage baling in the summer and feeding in the winter.

Enjoy uninterrupted sea views and spectacular sun sets overlooking Scalloway, Foula and outlying islands. This centrally-located house is ideally placed to explore the Shetland Isles with Scalloway within walking distance and Lerwick within a 10 minute drive. Relax watching the variety of wildlife from otters to orca's. This beautiful, ever changing view is one of Shetlands finest.

Really get away from it all in this unique secluded bothy tucked away on the west coast of the Whiteness peninsula on the shore of the beautiful Stromness Voe. Take a 5-10min stroll over the hill and down to the bothy nestled among reeds on the shore to feel a thousand miles from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sleeps up to 4 persons with power supplied via 240V battery power pack. Drinking water will be supplied and shower/sink supply will be topped up as required.
