Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

We want you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as we are there. The sunroom is the perfect indoor/outdoor retreat to watch the beautiful trees and the squirrels! This is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy the life by the beach. One of the best Lobster restaurants in all New England area within 5 mins!

A Peaceful Perch

Rustic, Restful and away from activity but under 10 minutes to the shoreline. You may find this over the garage studio the perfect place to perch for a weekend or a week. A short drive to the charming little town of Madison with many good restaurants and shops and to Hammonasset State park with walking trails and a beautiful beach . 48 River Rd. Is situated on the edge of a glacial rock formation on a scenic country road and is accessible to all the Good Stuff.

The Barn by the Sound

Spend a weekend in The Barn: a modern designed free-standing building with guest studio apartment above, designed to look like a barn; the studio has views at tree level of a quiet, old neighborhood; one block from Long Island Sound; on a section of the historic old Boston Post Road. There is lots of natural light coming from a large window with a lovely view of a privet hedge on our property overlooking a park like property across the street.

Our 1915 Arts & Crafts bungalow's spacious in-law suite offers driveway parking, private entrance, sunroom, king bedroom, en-suite bath, kitchenette w/fridge, micro, coffee maker, toaster. Relax in bed with 40" HDTV with Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Netflix, premium cable. Enjoy private gardens to sun, read a book or cup of coffee. Short drive to 4 Vineyards, Theater and the train station. I am not responsible for wifi.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.

Nestled in a peaceful country neighborhood with endless hiking trails, beaches, and cozy villages nearby. The Nest offers a comfortable and convenient place to stay while enjoying the surrounding area.
