Geniet van een oud huis in een van de mooiste steden van Nederland. Deze sfeervolle woning ligt in een rustige buurt en vormt de uitvalsbasis voor wie Haarlem wil ontdekken. Binnen 10 minuten fietsen ben je in het centrum en in slechts 35 minuten ben je op het strand. In huis wonen twee lieve, rustige katten die alleen wat voer en water nodig hebben. De keuken is eenvoudig, maar verder is het huis modern ingericht inclusief een bad. Ontspan in de zonnige tuin, waar je kunt genieten van de rust.

Sand Appartment, bevindt zich op de gehele 1e verdieping van het woonhuis. Op 1 minuut van het Zuid strand, met goede restaurants. Lopend: centrum 5 minuten en treinstation 8 minuten. In Zandvoort is een groot zwembad "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Mooie steden in buurt van Zandvoort of op fiets/trein of rij-afstand: o.a.: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Pleasant and comfortable town house near Amsterdam

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

This superb furnished city ground floor apartment (65 m2) still has his authentic Dutch details from 1890 and is literally next to the historic center, in a few minutes walking distance to the Grote Mark and a short walk to the trainstation. Situated in a quite street, in a very good neighbourhood. By bike 5+ mins to trainstation, by train in 15 mins in Amsterdam. Note: we have a free parking solution, please ask for more details. It is an also a perfect base for exploring nearby Amsterdam or the beach, with good access to public transport.
