My wife and I built this cottage in late 2021 in quiet downtown Pensacola with our guest in mind. Our one bedroom one bath cottage is outfitted so you will have most everything you need. This includes a full working outfitted kitchen, cleaning & paper supplies plus more. Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Only 9 miles away from beautiful beaches.

Our Bay-front Cottage was built in the mid 1930s as part of a small fishing village. It is well appointed, quiet,rustic and relaxing, a welcomed days end retreat from the hustle and bustle of vacationing in the Gulf Shores area. Great place for couples. We now have an outdoor solar shower. Great in summer, helps to make up for the small shower. People were smaller back then. Coming soon... the bike trail connecting to Gulf Shores and the National Park will be done soon. Rated #1 bike trails.

Visit this Bayfront Water World to enjoy all Mobile Bay has to offer. Activities in the palm of your hand include kayaking, fishing, bird watching, and deep relaxation. Within 3 miles our less are public parks, public beaches, a boat launch, fishing charters and Pelican Point (aptly named) . Take the family to Weeks Bay National Reserve for a fun ecology lesson or run into downtown Fairhope for shopping and dinner. Porch provides front row seats to infamous Bay Sunsets as you unwind the day.

The cottage is about 10 miles from the beach. Waterville, The track, golfing,restaurants, etc are between the cottage and the beach. The cottage is very convenient to lots of attractions like OWA Amusement Park, Tangerine Outlets, The Factory Trampoline park, Gulf Shores Sports Complex, etc Orange Beach is about 15 miles from the cottage. Take the kayaks to the bayou for a nice paddle where dolphins play. Screened porch for coffee, drinks or a meal outside. Adorable older cottage that is located across the street from Perdido Bay. The Lillian Boat launch is only a block away, so bring your boat. Beautiful Perdido Beach 10.5 miles, Orange Beach 14 miles. Restaurants and parks just a few miles away. Completely remodeled & updated. Sleeps 7comfortably. Downstairs has bedroom with queen bed, full bath, wash/dryer, kitchen, dining, den with sleeper sofa. . Upstairs bedroom with a balcony, 2 full beds and full bath and PacMan for rainy days!!!

We have a multi level backyard with gazebo with swing, fire pit and huge deck. Fully enjoy the wildlife and outdoor activities.

This home offers Excellent access to Wahoos Stadium, Sanders Beach, The Oar House, Pensacola Yacht Club, Pensacola Country Club, Joe Patti's, and Pensacola's Naval Air Station.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Built in 2018 with high end finishes. Watch dolphins go by as the sun sets over the bay. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen under a covered patio with two outdoor eating options. Only 15 minutes from downtown Fairhope and 45 minutes from the beach. If you want to get away from it all but still have great options for things to do this is the place!

The Cabin on the River

Come and enjoy a few nights of fun and fishing on Fish River. Our river cabin is able to comfortably sleep two adults. The kitchen is fully functional as well as an outdoor charcoal grill. A large covered porch is an inviting place to sit, relax, and enjoy the view of the river. The cabin does not sit on the river, but we have a beautiful boathouse and pier to enjoy.
