When you stay at this centrally-located place, your family will be close to everything. The home is ranch-style and located on the canal in a fast-growing beachy community. Minimum stairs if you walk down to the canal. Take advantage of the local golf course which is minutes from the home. Enjoy the beautiful weather, shopping, and the local beaches (Navarre, Pensacola, and Destin) then come home to relax in your home away from home. We do not host parties or special events. Non smoking home.

Escape to our cozy, one-of-a kind rustic cottage at the Gulf of Mexico! Centrally located, we are just 6 miles from Pensacola Beach, 17 miles from Navarre Beach, and 10 miles from Downtown Pensacola. We offer a quiet, chill environment while being just minutes from shops, restaurants, beaches, nature trails and the zoo. The Backyard Cottage is lovingly placed in our shared yard, so please be respectful of our space that we have chosen to share.

Beautiful and underneath live oaks and old magnolias, The Cottage was built in October 2015 in a quiet family neighborhood. The decor is "Southern-Coastal". *We live on the property next door. NO water access. The Cottage is located 5 minutes from putting your toes in the bay at Naval Live Oaks. It is 10 minutes from the gorgeous white sands of Pensacola Beach or eating some of the Gulf Coast most delicious seafood.

Sweet Suite 3mi-Pcola Beach

This suite is just minutes from Pensacola Beach & just 2 lots from the water. You'll catch a glimpse of Pensacola Bay from your private entrance on the end of the house. Queen memory foam bed, fast wifi, patio, kitchenette, micro, fridge, Keurig, desk. Note: There is no kitchen sink, the bathroom has a tall faucet. Bedroom w/Roku TV, closet, beach gear, mini-split. This suite is sealed off with double locked doors.

Built in 2020, this guesthouse is located in quite and safe neighborhood. 8 miles to Pensacola beach and 17 miles to Navarre Beach. Completely private with your own driveway and parking area, plus the use of the main house pool, patio and BBQ. Beautiful view of the forest. On a case by case basis we will entertain 6 guest. This home is an entire apartment in a duplex located in a cul-de-sac. UNIT NEXT DOOR IS AVAILABLE TOO. The apartment is recently renovated, clean, and cozy. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located to all the local attractions. We are about 7 miles from Pensacola Beach ($1 toll bridge) and beautiful white sand. The location is great between Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach.
