This newly renovated room is in the original 1834 side of the hotel. This room features hand-turned Colonial-era queen bed with a luxury mattress and is decorated with our signature blend of classic and contemporary furnishings. Highlighted in this room are Eastern facing windows with beautiful light, maple hardwood flooring, and original 1920's topographic maps of West Virginia. The honeycomb tiled bathroom is furnished with porcelain fixtures and has has a subway tiled shower with bathtub.

Named for Walter Martens, a prominent West Virginian architect who designed the 1928 portion of the Inn and the Governor's Mansion in Charleston, WV! Features an antique hand-turned colonial era queen bed frame, luxury mattress with boutique linens, Persian hand-knit rug and refinished original oak flooring.

This room features clear coated 19th century heart of pine floors, a lovely fireplace, hand-turned Colonial-era queen bed with a luxury mattress and is decorated with our signature blend of classic and contemporary furnishings. The honeycomb-tiled bathroom is furnished with porcelain fixtures, a window, and a glass enclosed shower.

These lovely and unique rooms feature hand-turned colonial queen bed frames with oversized pillows and luxury cotton linens. All rooms are accented by original hardwood flooring, Persian rugs, armchairs and period antiques. This lovely room is fully ADA compliant. It is located near the side entrance with access to a well-lit ramp leading to the parking area.
