This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Dungeness fisherman’s cottage full of character.

Being one of the original fishermen's cottages on Dungeness, Seaview Cottage has been lovingly restored to cater for modern needs yet still maintain it's old charm with the original wood panelled interior throughout. It is perfectly situated with sea views to the front and the wild shingle beach known as 'The Desert of England' all around you. The famous RHDR miniature steam railway runs just a few strides from your front door and the Dungeness National Nature Reserve stretches out behind you.

The Beach House

This unique place has a style all its own. Sat on the sand dunes, with uninterrupted views of the sea and direct access to Greatstone Beach. This family and dog friendly contemporary passive cube is well positioned for attractions on the South Coast. Less than 100 metres from the sea at high tide, it’s ideal for kitesurfing, paddle boarding, land yachting, canoeing and jet skiing. In the evening, retire to the decking to BBQ freshly caught local fish and enjoy watching a spectacular sunset.

Delightful, cosy holiday cabin on the shingle at Dungeness, moments from the sea, with wonderful views. Shingle Shack is a deceptively spacious detached property with large lounge,shower room,comfy bedroom, private access & parking for one car. It is perfectly situated to explore the wonderful beach's,nature reserves & quaint villages that the Romney Marsh has to offer.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

There is an outside space which is great for a coffee or a glass of wine on a sunny day. We promise you a warm welcome.

Romney Sands Holiday Park - Sleeps 6 Modern Lodge

Family run, cherished lodge available for rent in Romney Sands. The lodge is probably on the best location on site and is located on the edge of the lake with amazing views and filled with carp, for those who love to fish. The lodge sleeps six; there's a master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite with a toilet and shower. There is also a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge that comfortably sleeps two people. Dogs are welcome, maximum of two or message to ask.
