Nearby to COR Cellars and Syncline, the Klickitat Trail along the Klickitat River is great for hiking and gravel biking, and of course - the Columbia for wind surfing and kite boarding. Wifi can be spotty. An additional tiny house is on the property. Approx. 100 ft away. Host lives on property. Caution: house has many levels. Be mindful when you enter!

Kick back and relax in this quiet retreat! After a day of kiting, biking, hiking, fishing, skiing, shopping and wine tasting you'll be ready to relax, grill some dinner, and hang by the fire pit. My house is cozy and stylish and the perfect place to chill while enjoying your gorge vacation. Bonus: you can see the Lyle sandbar from the yard and walk to it when you're ready to get on the water! Just 15 minutes to White Salmon and Hood River, and 20 minutes to The Dalles.

The Overlook House with amazing view!

We chose to share our guesthouse primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guesthouse for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guesthouse with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. It has expansive views of Hood River, Mt Hood, and our favorite view, looking directly down the gorge.

It comes with a comfortable KING BED that awaits you and your loved one. Very romantic! Or come solo and get the bed all to yourself! Plenty of room to add a tent.$25 per person per day after 2 guests. Please bring bedding for extra guests.
